Tess Levine is a Jewish-American coloratura soprano who is driven by the desire to breathe new life into the classic stories told in opera. She has performed notable roles such as Titania and Helena in Britten’s A Midsummer Night's Dream and Amore in L’incoronazione di Poppea. This Fall she will perform the role of Nellie is Lee Hoiby’s Summer and Smoke. Tess is currently pursuing her Master’s degree at Boston Conservatory as a student of Dr. Folsom. She received her Bachelor's degree from Manhattan School of Music where she studied with Cynthia Hoffmann.
